Website Design for Law Firms & Legal Practices in Singapore

30-second version

Clients research a lawyer online before they call — a generic "our services" page and a silently-failing enquiry form both quietly cost real enquiries.

A prospective client researching a legal matter almost always looks at two or three firms online before calling any of them. What they find in those few minutes — clarity, trust, an easy way to reach you — decides who gets the call.

Write practice-area pages for the client, not the profession

A page titled "Corporate Law" with a paragraph of legal terminology tells a worried client very little. A page written around the actual situation — "Selling your business" or "Divorce proceedings in Singapore" — in plain language converts far better, because it meets the client where they actually are.

The enquiry form cannot be allowed to fail silently

Of every business type I build for, law firms have the least room for a broken contact form. A prospective client who does not hear back within a day simply calls the next firm on their list. I test every form live, with delivery confirmation, before a site ever launches.

Bios that help clients choose the right lawyer

  • Clear specialty areas per lawyer, not just a title
  • A real photo and a few lines of background — not just qualifications
  • Enough detail that a client can self-select before calling, saving everyone time
PDPA and disclaimers are not optional

Legal practices carry more compliance exposure than most SMEs — privacy policy, data handling and appropriate disclaimers need to be right from day one, not retrofitted later.

Local SEO by practice area

Ranking for "law firm Singapore" broadly is close to impossible for an independent practice. Ranking for a specific practice area — "conveyancing lawyer Singapore", "divorce lawyer Singapore" — is achievable, and it is exactly how a real, ongoing stream of relevant enquiries gets built.
